I was looking through all of my pictures on my computer and ran across these three that I just LOVE! The first one is of my good friends Ingvild, Kara, Me, Becky, and Tara (Tara's the one holding the smore). All of our kids are around the same age. Every Tuesday, I used to go to the park with all of them so the kids could play. Unfortunately, I can't go on Tuesdays anymore because of my work schedule. I've been taking Cameron to the park by our house on the day's I get off early. It's actually a nicer park than the one I used to go to, and it's much closer. We can walk there. It's only two blocks away. But, I'd GLADY drive the 10 miles and have to sit in the EAST COUNTY heat so that Cameron could be with his friends and I could be with mine! He still gets to see his friends often, at church and at birthday parties, or any other special events that come up! Actually, Ingvild took Cameron to the zoo a few weeks ago, and Tara watched Cameron for me last night while I had to work. I am soooo blessed to have good friends. I love them a TON! Here's a picture of us, and then one of the boys at the park, and then one of all the kiddo's!! Good Times!
Riley's Diagnosis
Riley James Faiai is my 2 year old son who was born with Craniosynostosis and probable Pfeiffer syndrome. When he was 5 months old, Riley had surgery to reconstruct his skull. This blog is the journal, story, and timeline that has helped me put Riley's Journey into words.
